There is no doubt that the videos have helped sales, and they really add to the depth of the web site – they make it feel more substantial, and the interchange seems more personal.
People seem to be impressed if they have seen the videos and end up speaking with me when they call. Several of our dealers have expressed an interest in a DVD that they can carry with them and a number of people who do not have high speed connections have asked if we had one available. I know that there will be a demand for the DVD when you have an opportunity to put it together."
